The HB-213 is a high-performance, adjustable veneer anchor designed for use in cmu/concrete backing, metal stud and wood stud construction. It is used with with the 2X-HOOK (sold separately), which has been rigorously tested to withstand over 200-lbf in tension or compression, at the maximum allowable offset of 1-1/4”. This results in performance exceeding industry standards, outperforming typical round wire hooks or pintles by over 100%. The anchor's design includes an L-shaped plate section with added ribs for strength, along with holes for connecting screws.

• Seismic Reinforcement: Optional seismic options available for additional stability

NOTES

• Spacing: H&B recommends 16" x 16" spacing for optimal performance
• Accommodates Insulation and Wallboard: Legs are designed to accommodate up to 6" thick insulation and/or wallboard combinations (please specify thickness when ordering)
• Wind-Load Management: The HB-200-X variant includes pronged punch-outs to manage positive wind-loads by transferring the load to the back of the stud, preventing damage to wallboard.
• The 2X-HOOK is sold separately, and installation requires the use of pintle hooks for full setup.
  
• Optional: HB-213 Washer to hold insulation to back-up
