ENVIRO-BARRIER SILICONE is a high-performance silicone-based air and water-resistive barrier (AWB) designed to coat and seal above-grade wall assemblies. This 100% silicone coating is solvent-free, fluid-applied, and provides superior protection against air and water infiltration.

FEATURES

• UV Resistance: Rated for over 15 years of UV stability.
• Temperature Range: Application range of 0°F to 150°F, with an in-use temperature range of -35°F to 280°F.
• Sealability: Passes standard water penetration tests for nails and fasteners when applied at the required dry film thickness.
• Fire/Flame Resistance: NFPA 285 compliant and ASTM E84 Class A.
• Rain Ready: Can be exposed to rain/moisture in as little as 30 minutes after application.
• Primerless Adhesion: Bonds directly to most building surfaces without the need for a primer or bonding agent.
• Fast Cure: Quick tack time ensures rapid installation.
