York AirSill Type A Receiver and Clip

York's AirSill™ Aluminum Flashing Receivers provide a modern, efficient alternative to traditional flashing attachment methods for wall openings. This system ensures the fenestration perimeter flashing (e.g., sill, jamb, and head) remains securely in place without disrupting critical perimeter seals to the air barrier.

KEY PROPERTIES

• Two-Piece System: Consists of a receiver and a clip for secure installation.
  1. Install the receiver to the backer wall.
  2. Insert brake metal flashing into the receiver.
  3. Install the clip into the receiver, which holds the flashing in place.
• Easily Removable Flashing: Allows damaged flashing to be removed without interfering with the fenestration assembly.
• Air Barrier Integration: Easily integrates with air barrier assemblies and is ideal for fenestration collar flashing applications.
• Simplified Installation: Eliminates the need for difficult collar flashing brake metal corner splices.
