LOW-TEMPERATURE SELF-ADHERING WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE FOR BELOW-GRADE PROTECTION
MEL-ROL LOW TEMP is a flexible, roll-type waterproofing membrane specifically engineered for cold-weather applications. It features a nominal 56-mil polymeric waterproofing layer formulated for maximum adhesion in low temperatures, bonded to a durable 4-mil cross-laminated polyethylene carrier film.
Designed for efficiency and reliability, MEL-ROL LOW TEMP includes a printed 2.5″ overlap guideline for accurate installation and exposed adhesive strips along both edges to ensure secure membrane-to-membrane bonding. As part of a complete W. R. MEADOWS system, it delivers a dependable, easy-to-apply waterproofing solution for demanding jobsite conditions.
USES
MEL-ROL LOW TEMP is ideal for waterproofing applications in cold climates, including:
- Foundations and vertical walls
- Below-grade floors
- Plaza decks, parking decks, and structural slabs (between-the-slab waterproofing)
- Balconies and general building envelope protection
- Mechanical rooms, laboratories, kitchens, and bathrooms

It is suitable for both residential and commercial construction where low-temperature installation is required.

SHELF LIFE / STORAGE
