Sikaflex NP 1 (formerly MSeal NP 1) is a one-component, gun-grade polyurethane sealant designed for high-performance sealing and acoustical applications in commercial construction. This elastomeric sealant requires no mixing or priming for most substrates and cures to a durable rubber capable of long-term weatherproofing and sound reduction.
Sikaflex® NP 1 is commonly used for expansion joints, precast panels, window perimeters, roofing details, storefront systems, and acoustical partition assemblies where high STC performance is required.

ACOUSTICAL PERFORMANCE
Sikaflex® NP 1 can be used as an acoustical sealant to minimize sound transfer in partition systems and improve overall STC ratings by sealing gaps around penetrations and partition perimeters.
STORAGE & APPLICATION NOTES
Application performance varies depending on temperature and humidity conditions. Typical cure times are based on 75°F and 50% relative humidity with a 1/2" x 1/4" joint configuration.
