PROSOCO BMC II White/Pastel Base is a high-performance breathable masonry coating designed to deliver the appearance of premium paint with the protective performance of a water repellent. It allows water vapor to escape while preventing liquid water intrusion, helping preserve masonry and extend its service life.

Formulated for light and pastel color applications, this coating provides excellent coverage, durability, and resistance to UV exposure and weathering. Ideal for both restoration and new construction, it enhances aesthetics while protecting masonry surfaces long term.
