Wall Opening Weeps™ are designed to provide versatile, effective weep solutions for thin veneer, full brick, and full stone walls, as well as above window and door openings. By ensuring multiple, predictable weep holes at the lowest points, they offer reliable moisture management while blending seamlessly with mortar.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Install Wall Opening Weeps™ 10" to 12" on center over flashings.

Lightly score and crack off Wall Opening Weeps™ while the mortar is still plastic.

Note: The installation animation demonstrates thin veneer stone installed to grade. Wall Opening Weeps™ are compatible with a variety of wall configurations.
SPECIFICIATIONS

Material: High-impact polystyrene, 0.024" (0.6 mm) thick.

Dimensions: L-shaped with a 9" (229 mm) leg that is 2.25" (57 mm) wide and a 5" (127 mm) leg that is 2.5" (57 mm) wide.

Design: Features 3/16" (4.8 mm) deep corrugations to create channels and tunnels for moisture drainage.

Usage: Must be installed behind thin veneer scratch coat and metal lath, in conjunction with MTI Sure Cavity or MTI Gravity Cavity systems.
