The Concealed Lintel Weep™ is specifically designed for use with lip brick set in a bed joint of mortar. This innovative system effectively moves moisture out of and away from this sensitive detail. By creating tunnel weeps beneath the bed joint mortar, the Concealed Lintel Weep™ ensures reliable drainage exactly where it's needed.

CONCEALED STEEL LINTEL / SHELF ANGLE WEEP™ INSTALLATION
- Place Concealed Steel Lintel / Shelf Angle Weep™ on the flashing with the short, custom-cut edge protruding downward off the exterior edge of the steel lintel or shelf angle, aligning with the appropriate drip plate edge.
- Position the back edge of the weep system approximately ¼” from the vertical face of the steel lintel or shelf angle and the vertical surface of the flashing.
- Spread a bed joint of mortar and install the lip brick units for the first course over the weep system.

Material: 0.024" (0.6 mm) thick high-impact polystyrene strip.

Design: Features 0.135" (3.429 mm) deep corrugations, bent into an L-shape.

Dimensions: Up to 9" (229 mm) wide by 5" (127 mm) high.

Functionality: Forms the bottom and front nose of the bed joint mortar, creating an effective weep system for lipped brick installations that conceal steel lintels or shelf angles.
