FLUID-APPLIED AIR, VAPOR, AND WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER FOR COMMERCIAL WALL ASSEMBLIES
Carlisle Coatings & Waterproofing Barritech™ NP is a single-component, fluid-applied air, vapor, and water-resistive barrier membrane formulated with a fire-retardant synthetic polymer. Designed for exterior wall assemblies, it creates a continuous, fully adhered, monolithic barrier that protects against air leakage, moisture vapor transmission, and water intrusion.
Applied by spray or roller, Barritech™ NP cures to form a flexible, rubber-like membrane with high film build. Its elastomeric properties allow it to bridge cracks, seal around penetrations, and maintain long-term performance across a wide range of substrates including concrete, CMU, exterior gypsum sheathing, plywood, and OSB.
