Henry Air-Bloc® LF Liquid-Applied Flashing – 20 oz Sausage

LIQUID FLASHING AND JOINT SEALANT FOR COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL BUILDING ENVELOPE SYSTEMS

Air-Bloc® LF is a moisture-cure, single-component, elastomeric, non-sag sealant formulated with advanced Silyl-Terminated Polyether (STPE) technology. It cures through exposure to airborne moisture to form a tough, seamless, rubber-like membrane with excellent weathering and water resistance. Air-Bloc® LF is designed for use as a liquid flashing and joint sealant in commercial and residential building envelope applications.

USES

• Liquid flashing and joint sealant

• Rough openings, angle changes, sheathing joints

• Expansion joints, cracks, holes, membrane splices, and terminations

• Typically installed under exterior cladding or interior finishes

• Can be used in permanently exposed interior/exterior caulking applications

Compatible with Henry® systems including Blueskin®, Fortiflash®, Metal Clad®, CCW-705, Air-Bloc®, Barritech™, and WeatherSmart®.

COVERAGE

Smooth Surfaces (25 mil / 0.6 mm wet film): ~10 sq ft per 20 oz (591 mL) sausage
Rough/Porous Surfaces (40 mil / 1 mm wet film): ~6.3 sq ft per 20 oz (591 mL) sausage

Rough surfaces can reduce coverage rates depending on texture and porosity.

LIMITATIONS

• Can be left permanently exposed to UV within system-specific limits

• Not intended as a traffic- or wear-resistant surface

• Control joint depth to a maximum of ½” (12 mm) using backer rod

• Do not install over wood substrates with moisture content above 20%

• Avoid contact with other manufacturers’ sealants or membranes without Henry® approval

STORAGE

• Shelf life: 15 months in unopened packaging

• Store at or below 80°F (27°C) and 50% RH max

• Protect from heat, direct sunlight, and precipitation
