Wasco-Seal® Plus is a flexible flashing membrane manufactured from waterproof, cross-woven polyethylene with an ARC-coated surface. The ARC coating improves UV resistance and creates a reliable bonding surface for compatible sealants and construction adhesives.

The membrane contains no plasticizers, helping it remain flexible without becoming brittle or cracking over time. It is easy to cut and form by hand and provides significantly greater breaking, bursting, tearing, and puncture resistance than standard Wasco-Seal.
