York MaxSeal Butyl Membrane Self-Adhering Flashing - 75' Roll
Ships in 3–5 business days
Max-Seal™ is a 14-mil self-adhering butyl tape designed to limit air, vapor, moisture, and water transmission through building-envelope joints and transitions. Its aggressive butyl adhesive bonds to common construction materials without requiring a primer, special adhesive, heat, or installation equipment.
A tough, cross-laminated polypropylene facer provides resistance to tearing and physical damage while maintaining a thin profile that helps prevent bulky buildup at corners and transitions. Max-Seal is waterproof, self-seals around nails, and meets AAMA 711-13 requirements for self-adhering flashing.
