INSTALLATION

1. Drill hole perpendicular to the work surface using a solid carbide bit meeting ANSI B212.5 specifications. Drill diameter must match the anchor diameter. Do not ream the hole or allow the drill to wobble.

2. Hole depth drill one anchor diameter deeper than the intended embedment and not closer than two diameters to the opposite surface of the concrete.

3. Clean hole remove dust and debris using compressed air and a nylon brush to ensure proper holding power.

4. Insert anchor place anchor into the hole until the washer rests firmly against the fixture.

5. Tighten anchor turn 1-1/2 to 3 rotations past hand tight, not exceeding the maximum torque values listed in the load table.
