ONE-COMPONENT BUILDING ENVELOPE MEMBRANE FOR AIR, VAPOR, AND MOISTURE PROTECTION
BEM is a one-component, cold-applied, non-slump membrane designed for a variety of applications with W. R. MEADOWS building envelope products. It cures to form a tough, flexible, and durable elastomeric membrane. Composed of Silyl-Terminated Polyether (STPE), BEM provides strength, long-term performance, and compatibility with sensitive materials like insulated concrete forms (ICFs) and foam insulation.
USES
BEM is ideal for forming fillets and reinforcing corners. It can also be used with glass-mat exterior sheathing and other compatible building envelope substrates.

SHELF LIFE
- Store indoors in original, unopened containers at 40° – 70° F (4° – 21° C).
- Shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture.
