VOCOMP-20 Water-Based Acrylic Concrete Cure & Seal – Durable Moisture Retention & Surface Protection
VOCOMP®-20 is a water-based acrylic curing and sealing compound formulated with advanced acrylic polymers in a true water-based carrier. It provides a durable, breathable film that promotes proper moisture retention during curing while allowing excess moisture to evaporate.
The product appears milky white in the container and applies with a bluish tint for easy visual confirmation of coverage, then dries to a clear, transparent sheen. The final finish can be adjusted based on the number of coats applied. VOCOMP®-20 resists yellowing from UV exposure and delivers a long-lasting finish with enhanced resistance to chemicals and wear.
It may help reduce hairline cracking, dusting, spalling, and premature surface deterioration when used as part of proper concrete practices.
USES
VOCOMP®-20 is designed for curing and/or sealing new and existing concrete surfaces in both interior and exterior applications. Suitable for vertical and horizontal surfaces, including:
- Sidewalks
- Driveways
- Patios
- Garage and basement floors
- Parking areas
It enhances and protects the natural appearance of concrete while providing fast-drying performance.

Coverage is approximate and may vary depending on surface texture, condition, and environmental factors. Always test a small area prior to full application.
Note: For broom-finished concrete, a second application is recommended.
SHELF LIFE
Up to 1 year when stored indoors in original, unopened containers at temperatures between 40°F – 90°F (4°C – 32°C).
