It forms a seamless, monolithic exterior working surface that ensures the structure remains watertight. The distinctive blue color allows for quick and easy visual verification, ensuring that all seams and gaps have been effectively sealed from wind and rain.

UniverSeal US-100 Liquid Tape is a non-shrinking, 100% solids, moisture-cure polymer that contains no solvents and only trace amounts of VOCs. It skins over in one hour and cures completely within three to seven days (cure rate varies with temperature and relative humidity). It is also paintable within 24 hours.
