PROSOCO Silane 40 is a high-performance, penetrating water repellent formulated with 40% active silane for maximum protection of concrete and masonry surfaces. Its low viscosity and small molecular structure allow deep penetration, creating a long-lasting barrier against water and waterborne contaminants.

Silane 40 chemically reacts with the substrate to form a durable water-repellent treatment that protects against moisture intrusion, deicing salts, and chloride attack. Treated surfaces retain their natural appearance, breathability, and slip resistance, making it ideal for both horizontal and vertical applications, including traffic-bearing surfaces.
