PROSOCO BMC II Accent Base is a high-performance breathable masonry coating that combines the appearance of premium paint with the protective benefits of a water repellent. It allows water vapor to escape while preventing liquid water from penetrating the surface, helping extend the life of masonry substrates.

Designed for durability and long-term performance, BMC II enhances appearance while protecting against weathering, UV exposure, and moisture intrusion. Its advanced formulation has been used on major landmarks, offering proven performance on both historic and modern structures.
