FLUID-APPLIED AIR, VAPOR, AND WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER FOR LOW-TEMPERATURE INSTALLATIONS
Carlisle Coatings & Waterproofing Barritech™ NP-LT is a single-component, fluid-applied air, vapor, and water-resistive barrier membrane formulated with a fire-retardant synthetic polymer. Engineered for sub-freezing installation, it enables work to continue during winter while maintaining flexibility, adhesion, and performance across a wide range of substrates, including concrete, CMU, exterior gypsum sheathing, plywood, and OSB.
Applied by spray or roller at 40 mils dry film thickness, Barritech™ NP-LT cures to form a continuous, rubber-like, monolithic barrier. Its elastomeric properties bridge cracks, seal around penetrations, and create a fully adhered air, vapor, and water-resistive system suitable for commercial wall assemblies.
