Stitch-Tie® by PROSOCO is a stainless steel helical pin that reattaches existing masonry facades to backup structures. These retrofit ties can stabilize veneers of brick, stone, masonry, or precast concrete that have missing or corroded wall ties. The process eliminates the need to tear down and replace existing facades, preserving the beauty and historical integrity of existing buildings.

OVERVIEW

The Stitch-Tie® is a stainless steel pinning solution for re-anchoring existing veneers to the backup structure. Its helical shape provides a flexible in-plane connection while resisting out-of-plane loads in both tension and compression. Because Stitch-Tie anchors do not draw walls together, they avoid introducing unwanted stress between wythes. The process requires only a small pilot hole, making it a discreet repair option ideal for both modern and historic structures.
