Introducing a revolutionary system for forming clean-out covers for High Lift grouting. This system includes three components: a T-Bolt, a reusable Nut, and a reusable transparent Window.
- The T-Bolt and Nut are made from durable ABS plastic.
- The transparent Window is crafted from polycarbonate, a tough material also used in jet fighter canopies.
While the Nut and Window can be reused, the exposed part of the T-Bolt is designed to break off easily after the Nut and Window are removed. This ensures a fast, clean, and professional method for forming reinforced masonry clean-out covers that is both efficient and economical.
WHAT IS HIGH LIFT GROUTING?
High Lift and Low Lift grouting are methods defined by building codes for placing grout in reinforced masonry walls. Contractors can choose either method unless a specific one is required by the structural engineer.
- Low Lift Grouting: May or may not require inspection or clean-out openings.
- High Lift Grouting: Requires inspection openings spaced no more than 32 inches apart or at each rebar location.
Both methods ensure proper grout placement in masonry structures, with High Lift grouting providing more access for inspection during construction.

HOW IT WORKS
- Insert the "T-Bolt" vertically through the clean-out opening.
- Align the center hole of the "Window" to slide over the "T-Bolt".
- Hand tighten the "Nut" over the threaded "T-Bolt" to secure the "Window".
- Grout your wall in one lift and watch grout fill behind transparent "Window".
- Remove "Nut" and "Window", then hammer off the exposed "T-Bolt" after grout hardens.
