LIQUID-APPLIED ELASTOMERIC AIR AND WATER BARRIER WITH VAPOR PERMEABILITY AND MOLD RESISTANCE
Henry Air-Bloc® 17MR is a single-component, water-based, liquid-applied elastomeric membrane designed to provide a vapor-permeable air and water barrier for above-grade wall assemblies. It cures to a tough, monolithic, rubber-like membrane that resists air leakage and water penetration while allowing vapor to pass through the assembly.
Formulated with antimicrobial technology for mold resistance and proprietary fire-resistant technology for NFPA 285 compliance, Air-Bloc® 17MR delivers high-performance protection across a wide range of substrates including gypsum sheathing, CMU, concrete, wood, and metal.

Designed for temporary UV exposure up to 180 days; must be covered with cladding

Do not expose backside of substrate to moisture or rain

Do not apply to wet surfaces

Do not apply below 20°F (-6°C) or if temperatures will drop below this within 48 hours

Do not apply during rain or if rain is expected within 16 hours

In hot or direct sun conditions, rapid drying may cause blistering—use a prime coat or apply in multiple coats as needed

Not resistant to oils, grease, or solvents
STORAGE
Store in a well-ventilated area between 39°F (4°C) and 104°F (40°C). Protect from freezing and extreme temperatures during storage and handling.
