OVERVIEW

FastFlash is a single-component, silyl-terminated polymer (STP) designed for durability and performance. This waterproofing, adhesive, and detailing compound combines the best characteristics of silicone and polyurethane.

FastFlash is easy to apply by gun, spreader, or roller, producing a seamless, elastomeric flashing membrane. It is ideal for use in rough openings, filling joints and seams, counter-flashing waterproofing and air barrier components, sealing penetrations, and protecting countersunk fasteners.

FastFlash is compatible with R-Guard products, ensuring a comprehensive solution for preventing unwanted water and air movement through building envelopes.
