LIQUID-APPLIED ELASTOMERIC AIR AND WATER BARRIER MEMBRANE WITH VAPOR IMPERMEABILITY AND MOLD RESISTANCE

Henry Air-Bloc® 16MR is a single-component, water-based, liquid-applied elastomeric membrane that forms a seamless, vapor-impermeable air and water barrier on above-grade wall assemblies. It cures to a tough, rubber-like membrane that resists air leakage and water penetration, providing high-performance protection for commercial wall systems.

This membrane also incorporates antimicrobial technology for mold resistance and proprietary fire-resistant technology to meet NFPA 285 compliance, while offering a wide application temperature range down to 20°F (-6°C) with no additives required.

STORAGE

Store in a well-ventilated space at temperatures between 39°F (4°C) and 104°F (40°C). Protect from freezing and direct sunlight during storage and handling.
