STABILIZES EXPANSION JOINTS WHILE ALLOWING LONGITUDINAL MOVEMENT
The PROSOCO Expansion Joint Stabilizer bridges vertical expansion joints while allowing in-plane expansion and contraction movement. Designed for clay masonry expansion and concrete or CMU shrinkage, it provides collateral wall stability without restricting the building’s natural movement. This versatile system is ideal for both new and retrofit applications and can be connected to steel framing or embedded into masonry joints without exposed hardware.

INSTALLATION
Sleeves embed into mortar joints or CMU grout beds during construction. Mortar keys through manufactured openings to form a durable bond. The assembly includes two connecting rods spaced with flexible plastic tubing to allow expansion. No sash grooves or field fabrication is required, and the system can be retrofitted into existing walls as needed.
