ELASTOMERIC LIQUID FLASHING AND DETAIL SEALANT FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDING ENVELOPE APPLICATIONS

Carlisle Coatings & Waterproofing BarriBond™ HP is a moisture-cure, single-component, elastomeric, non-sag sealant formulated with advanced silyl-terminated polyether (STPE) technology. It cures through exposure to airborne moisture to form a tough, seamless, rubber-like membrane with excellent weathering and water resistance.

Designed for use as a joint sealant and liquid flashing, BarriBond™ HP is used in commercial building envelope systems and provides reliable performance across a wide range of detailing applications.

LIMITATIONS

• UV exposure may be permanent, but follow system-specific exposure limits

• Not intended as a traffic- or wear-resistant surface

• Control joint depth to a maximum of 1/2" (12 mm) using backer rod

• Do not install over wood substrates with moisture content above 20%

• Do not allow contact with other manufacturers’ sealants or membranes without approval

STORAGE

• Shelf life: 15 months in unopened packaging

• Store at or below 80°F (27°C) and 50% RH max

• Protect from heat, direct sunlight, and precipitation
