UniverSeal US-100 Liquid Tape is a polyether-based, moisture-curing elastomeric sealant designed for sealing vertical seams, joints, gaps, and transitions throughout the building envelope. It forms a seamless, monolithic exterior surface that helps prevent the intrusion of air and water.

The non-sag, gun-grade formula is easy to apply and tool into place without shrinking. Its distinctive blue color provides quick visual confirmation that seams and gaps have been completely covered. US-100 is compatible with all York flashing products and can also be used as a termination-bar sealant.
