PROSOCO BMC II Tint Base is a high-performance breathable masonry coating designed to combine the aesthetic appeal of premium paint with the protective performance of a water repellent. It allows water vapor to escape while preventing liquid water intrusion, helping preserve masonry and extend its service life.

Ideal for custom color formulations, this tint base provides excellent coverage, durability, and resistance to UV exposure and environmental weathering. It is suitable for both historic restoration and modern architectural applications.
