PROSOCO BMC II Deep Base is a high-performance breathable masonry coating that delivers the aesthetic benefits of premium paint with the protective performance of a water repellent. It allows water vapor to escape while preventing liquid water intrusion, helping preserve masonry and extend its service life.

Designed for both interior and exterior applications, BMC II provides long-lasting durability, excellent color development, and resistance to UV exposure and weathering. Its advanced formulation ensures strong adhesion and coverage without the need for a primer.
