• Part A—Resin: Beige
• Part B—Hardener: Black
• Mix Ratio: 10:1
• Mixed Color: Light gray
• Adhesive Type: Two-component, styrene-free acrylic
• Consistency: Non-sag

Cure Time

• Full cure in as little as 30 minutes at 77°F (25°C)
• Actual cure time depends on the base-material temperature
• Do not torque or load the anchor until the required full cure time has elapsed

Installation Requirements

Drilling and Hole Cleaning

1. Drill the hole to the specified embedment depth using a rotary hammer and an ANSI B212.15-compliant bit.
2. Remove standing water before cleaning. Contact Wej-It when complete water removal is not possible.
3. Clean the hole using oil-free compressed air at a minimum of 80 psi and the appropriate wire brush.
4. Blow out the hole, brush it, and blow it out again, completing a minimum of four cycles for each step.
5. Visually inspect the hole to confirm that it is clean before installing the adhesive.

Cartridge Preparation

1. Verify that the cartridge is within its expiration date.
2. Balance the cartridge before attaching the mixing nozzle.
3. Attach the correct Wej-It mixing nozzle.
4. Dispense and discard the initial adhesive until a uniform light-gray color is achieved.
5. Use a new mixing nozzle with each cartridge.

Anchor Installation

1. Fill the hole approximately two-thirds full, injecting from the bottom upward.
2. Insert the threaded rod or rebar while rotating it one to two turns.
3. Confirm that excess adhesive is visible around the anchor.
4. Allow the adhesive to reach its required full cure before applying torque or load.
