KeeneSeal 300 is a versatile, one-component building envelope sealant designed for exterior penetrations and flashing applications. Its environmentally friendly formula contains no solvents or isocyanates, resulting in very low VOC emissions and low odor. KeeneSeal 300 offers minimal shrinkage and excellent non-sag performance, making it ideal for vertical or overhead use. This moisture-cure hybrid polymer sealant forms a durable, weather-resistant, and UV-stable bond that withstands temperatures from -40°F to 200°F.
